Payment Methods

To make payment through the Platform, you must have internet access and a current valid accepted payment method. CSRJ Consulting Private Ltd. does not store any of your credit/debit card information and has partnered with payment gateways for processing payments.

• CSRJ Consulting Private Ltd. is not responsible for information stored by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss incurred due to third-party payment provider issues will be solely borne by the user.
• All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide at the time of enrolment.
• Your transaction may be subject to foreign exchange fees depending on your payment method and location.

Onboarding Fee on CSR Junction

NGOs and Corporates registering on CSR Junction may be subject to a one-time onboarding fee. The following terms apply:

• The onboarding fee is non-refundable once admin approval has been granted and the account has been activated.
• If your registration is rejected by the admin, the fee will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• No refund will be issued for accounts suspended due to violation of platform terms and conditions.
• Refund requests, if applicable, must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrolment or participation at any time by providing prior written notice to CSRJ Consulting Private Ltd. The following applies on cancellation:

• Cancellation before the trial window ends — eligible for a partial refund as per applicable deductions.
• Cancellation after trial window — no refund will be processed.
• Free trial subscriptions are not eligible for refund claims.
• If you have subscribed to a paid service within the last 6 months, you are not eligible for a free trial for that service.

Use of Platform Services

CSRJ Consulting Private Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, modify, or discontinue any platform service at its sole discretion. You agree that CSRJ Consulting Private Ltd. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

CSRJ Consulting Private Ltd. shall be under no liability whatsoever in the event of non-availability of the Platform occasioned by Act of God, war, disease, revolution, riot, flood, fire, satellite failure, failure of any public utility, man-made disaster, or any other cause beyond its control.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the CSR Junction platform — including text, graphics, logos, project data, software, and other materials — is the property of CSRJ Consulting Private Ltd. and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes.
• Use CSRJ Consulting Private Ltd. marks or branding for unsolicited communications.
• Distribute or download any portion of the platform without express written consent.
